3. Cancellation by the customer
- Cancellations must be sent by email to gestion@dragonbuggy.com at least 48 hours before the departure time; in that case the amount paid will be refunded.
- After that deadline, or if the customer does not show up at the departure time, no refunds will be made.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date or period. Cancellations are governed by the previous section.
5. Cancellation or changes by Dragon Buggy
If Dragon Buggy has to cancel a tour for reasons beyond the customer’s control (for example, adverse weather or safety reasons), it will offer the customer a new date or a full refund of the amount paid. The sunset route runs on request and requires a minimum of 3 buggies.
6. Requirements to take part
- 2-seater buggy: the driver must be at least 18 and present a valid full driving licence (learner permits are not accepted).
- 4-seater buggy: for insurance reasons, the driver must have held a driving licence for more than 5 years.
- Occupancy: the 2-seater buggy carries 1 driver and 1 passenger aged at least 4. The family buggy (3 or 4 people) carries a maximum of 2 adults aged 18 or over, and children from 6 months.
- Dragon Buggy may refuse to let anyone drive if it suspects they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Children from 4 years old in 2-seater buggies, as long as they reach the right height sitting on a cushion. Babies (from 6 months) can only travel in 4-seater buggies.
- Maximum height of participants: 2 m. Seat belts come in a standard size.
- Closed shoes are mandatory to drive.
- A T-shirt is mandatory: riding in swimwear only is not allowed, for hygiene reasons and to avoid insect bites, as the buggies have no windscreen.
- Participants must follow the instructor guide’s instructions and the traffic rules at all times.
If the customer does not meet these requirements, Dragon Buggy may refuse departure for safety reasons, without a refund.
7. Complaints
