Why do we process your personal data?
We process data to:

Legal basis
Depending on the purpose, the legal basis is:
- Pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract: handling your information request and managing your booking. Our Booking terms are always made available to you before you book.
- Compliance with legal obligations: invoicing and keeping accounting and tax records.
- Consent: optional commercial communications.
- Legitimate interest, duly weighed: website security, handling incidents and defending claims, and sending communications about similar own services to customers (article 21.2 of the Spanish LSSI).
How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep data for as long as needed for each purpose. Afterwards, it is kept blocked for the applicable limitation or legal retention periods (for example, six years for accounting records, under article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code) and then deleted. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, without prejudice to keeping a minimal suppression list. Server access logs are kept for a short period, for security purposes only.
